- be mindful of clients' business activities and refrain from conflicts of interest or the illusion of such where it might pose a potential conflict between clients, their businesses, and/or their business relationships.
- operate their business with the utmost confidentiality and security of their clients' data, documents, trade secrets, personal information, and the like.
- protect their clients' business and personal information from colleagues, competitors, and certainly not use such information for personal or professional gains.
- refrain from conducting illegal or unethical business activities.
- keep up to date with their professional development including, core competencies, education, skills, and technology.
- hold themselves to the highest standards in the industry as well as conduct themselves and their business as examples in the industry.
Mission
It is our goal to offer a variety of educational opportunities and resources for Virtual Professionals to use in order to grow their businesses successfully. We want every Virtual Professional to achieve their own personal and professional goals as they see fit. In order to accomplish this task, we believe it is important for our members to have full access to as many free and/or low-cost resources as possible.

We know that starting up a business is a huge undertaking and doing it alone can be very difficult. That's why we are here to support our members each step of the way, encouraging them to realize their dreams and cheering with them as they reach their milestones!
